Sarah-Anne Gusdal

Creator of Candid Wellness, Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga teacher (in training), Mental Health Advocate

Sarah-Anne has been an RMT since 2015 and has worked in a multitude of settings from working with professional athletes, to owning and running her own clinic (formerly known as Prairie Performance). Her massage practice focuses on the importance of assessment, client education and engagement. She has training in Myofascial Cupping, Structural Therapy, TMJ and Trigger Point Therapy. She is currently immersed in her 200 hour yoga teacher training and is looking forward in adding yoga to her tool belt. As a person who has been affected by mental illness, she is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and creating a community for those suffering from mental illnesses. When she isn’t in her clinic or on her yoga mat, you can find her in her other full time role as Program Manager at Camp Wannakumbac a Non-Profit organization that focuses on summer camp programming. She also enjoys training and competing in long distance cycling and Triathlons.

Mitch Gusdal

Graphic Designer

Mitch has been working in Graphic Design since 2011 and started his career as a two time winner of the coveted Signature Award, winning both the Students Category and Judges Favorite. He has worked for clients such as Manitoba Theatre Centre, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Winnipeg Art Gallery and North Face Clothing Company in Victoria. Since becoming a designer he has honed his skills is web design, print, web, animation and environmental design. He is best known for approachable personality, outstanding work ethic and passion for sustainability. Mitch is also the General Manager of Camp Wannakumbac, having carried on the families long running involvement in the camp since 1992. You can usually find Mitch exploring the trails of Riding Mountain National Park either by foot or cross ski or hiding behind his sketch book.

Darcie Snell

Darcie has worked in Social Media marketing for 11 years and she recently obtained her certificate of Marketing and Strategic Communications From Mount Royal University. Darcie has worked some of the biggest names from across the globe from Tim Hortons, to Coca Cola. On top of these big name companies, she also works with small local businesses like dance studios and chiropractic offices, but her dream would be to have the opportunity to run the social media for a sports team one day. Darcie loves where she is in her career right now working as Director of Marketing at a marketing agency that specializes in small businesses. She loves social media and how rapidly it changes because it keeps her on her toes. When Darcie isnt working, you can find her watching any and all sporting events or out for a run in her hometown of Calgary.
